Did Jesus really say that we can not take an oath or make vows? What about when you are in court or other situations where you are asked to swear to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth? As we continue in our series in the Sermon on the Mount, we'll explore the biblical teaching on vows, the Anabaptist's theological contribution to the topic and we'll make practical application to our everyday lives.
